Yoga Basics: Moving Meditation

This is a great capstone class for tying together the importance of the anatomy, alignment, and physical benefits with the psychological and mental components. Using the breath and movement, practitioners will get a physical workout and will be encouraged to push towards their edge for the maximum benefits. All tools can be applied off the mat and in situations where patience and peace of mind are challenged—we all have those.
