A seminar entitled Altering the Journey of Our Families: Trauma, Poverty and Mental Health – Where Do We Start? On October 1. This seminar is in support of the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative launched earlier this year. The seminar will offer an integrated learning opportunity highlighting the connections between family exposure to poverty and trauma, the interrelationships that exist between them and the impact of these factors on mental health.
