In a half an hour, the train reaches the North Pole aglow in Christmas lights. Santa boards the train from the North Pole to join the children for the ride back to Medina, handing out plush reindeer toys to all the children. Back at the museum, everyone gets to visit Santa's real live reindeer.

Trains depart at 11:20 a.m., 12:40 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:20 p.m., 4:40 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Dates and times may sell out; check the website for the current available dates and times. All Santa & Reindeer tickets include admission into the museum, hot cocoa, a cookie and a reindeer toy for children.
