Optimum Health with Anti-Inflammatory Foods

This class will explore the process of inflammation in the body, its role in disease progression (heart disease, cancers, Alzheimers), and the various causes of inflammation (stress, lack of exercise, toxins, foods). We will then look at “anti-inflammatory” foods and understand how these foods help mitigate inflammation. We will finish with a discussion of how to make these foods a regular part of your life (recipe sharing.)
