"Freedom through Finance: Creating and Maintaining Intergenerational Wealth," is a joint venture between Antioch Baptist Church and Dedwen Financial, and seeks to do just what the name suggests: empower participants who are traditionally left out of the conversation on finance through a hands-on and interactive process that instills the fundamentals to building and sustaining wealth. Freedom through Finance is geared towards urban communities as it is becoming increasingly clear that economic empowerment is the only way to alleviate the societal ills that plague these communities.
