Navigators from the Literacy Volunteers of Rochester provide free on-site, drop-in service to participants who require assistance with technology. Navigators assist participants with a range of needs from learning a new computer skill to completing an important computer related task such as creating a resume or cover letter, completing a job application or filling out online forms.
