Harold Washington takes on a city rife with corruption and discrimination to be elected Chicago's first African-American mayor in 1983 in this new documentary. | Following the film, there will be a post-screening panel discussion over Zoom with the filmmakers: director Joe Winston and producer Raymond Lambert. | The Black Cinema Series, founded in February 2017, is a partnership between the Little Theatre and Rochester Association of Black Journalists (RABJ).
