16th Annual Airport 5K Run/Walk and Crossfit 5K Fitness Challenge

New this year, Lifetime Assistance has partnered with Flower City CrossFit to offer the first ever 5K Fitness Challenge. The Fitness Challenge combines eight obstacles with a 5K and will be held alongside the traditional 5K Run/Walk.
