Railroad Earth is unparalleled in how many balls it keeps in the air. A lot of bands who try to incorporate more than a couple of sounds or genre mash-ups wind up wrecking the train altogether. Railroad Earth keeps all kinds of music aloft from bluegrass to blue collar. It's as if the Boss went old tyme on you. It's an all-around rootsy affair that swirls and rocks.
