RECREATION | Rochester Bike Week

This year's Rochester Bike Week spans nine days, featuring a range of events and activities for all ages and skill levels. It offers the chance to explore the growing cycling infrastructure in Rochester, reasons to get out in the fresh air, and connect with other riders. Events kick off with on Wednesday, May 8, which is National Bike to School Day, and conclude with the Annual Seersucker Ride on Sunday, May 19, which departs from Abundance Food Co-Op at 10 a.m. Other participatory events include the Light Up the Night Ride (May 10), the George Eastman Bike Tour (May 11), the Rochester Twilight Criterium (May 11), Kidical Mass 3rd Annual Mother's Day Ride (May 12), FCBP's 2nd Annual "Welcome to Rochester" Ride (May 13), and others.

Rochester Bike Week takes place May 8 through 16. Some events have a fee and require registration, and many of the events are family friendly. For a full schedule, visit rochestercyclingalliance.org.
